Jenny Kadrow’s journey with cold capping began in 2019 when she used Penguin Cold Caps during her own chemotherapy treatment. Experiencing firsthand the transformative impact of preserving her hair, Jenny understands how important hair can be to maintaining a sense of normalcy and identity during the challenges of cancer treatment.

In 2023, Jenny turned her personal experience into a professional calling by becoming a certified capper with us. Drawing on her own journey, she provides empathetic, knowledgeable, and hands-on support to clients navigating the cold capping process. Her dedication stems from a deep desire to make this journey less daunting for others, offering guidance and encouragement every step of the way.
